Dominic Geodjenian

Summary of Practice

Dominic Geodjenian is a seasoned lawyer. He qualified as a criminal lawyer and has experience dealing with high profile cases, including murder and serious violence, drug supply, sexual offences, complex conspiracy, fraud and road traffic matters. He also has experience in extradition, contesting international arrest warrants.

The majority of his work is now within the family department. He has experience in both divorce and private law proceedings, including applications for child arrangements orders and domestic violence. He is a trained Civil and Criminal Higher Rights Advocate, and conducts his own advocacy within proceedings.

Dominic is also a qualified Mediator, having 15 years experience in negotiation and dispute resolution.
