About the Role

The successful candidate will assist solicitors with a varied caseload, provide administrative and legal support, and help ensure the efficient progression of client matters.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting solicitors with the management of client files from inception to conclusion.

Drafting correspondence, legal documents, witness statements, and court forms.

Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.

Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, courts, and third parties.

Maintaining accurate case management records and filing systems.

Reviewing and analysing documents and evidence.

Preparing trial bundles and hearing documentation.

Managing diaries, appointments, and key deadlines.
Requirements
-
Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided..

Law degree, Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), or equivalent legal qualification.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
