Seema is the founder of Berris Law LLP and Managing Partner.

Specialising in Criminal litigation, Seema is a Duty Solicitor as well as a Solicitor Advocate representing clients in the Police Station, Magistrates and Crown Court.

With extensive experience in dealing with a vast range of serious and complex criminal cases, ranging from serious fraud, Sexual Offences, Murder, complex drugs conspiracies, Seema regularly attends Police Stations, and appears in Youth Courts and Magistrates Courts to represent clients of all ages and backgrounds. As a Solicitor-Advocate, Seema is qualified to represent clients in the Crown Court.

Renowned for her persistence and meticulous preparation of cases Seema leaves no stone will unturned. Acting as lead junior defence counsel and working closely with leading Queen’s Counsel to prepare several trials in the Crown Court involving a wide variety of serious allegations, Seema’s hard work and meticulous attention to detail, together with courtroom eloquence, has resulted in many clients being acquitted. Seema also has a wealth of experience in dealing with motoring offences in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court.

Seema accomplishes the balance of managing a busy legal practice with finesse as well as ensuring that all our clients receive dedicated and skilful representation.

In addition to all her work within the practice Seema is a current member of the London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association (LCCSA) committee.
