Suraj has extensive experience working on a range of cases throughout the entire criminal litigation process, right from the very start of the investigation stage at the police station to the Magistrates Court, the Crown Court, Court of Appeal. Suraj has extensive experience dealing with the most serious of offences and has acted for individuals including investigations by the National Crime Agency, Serious Fraud Office, Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs, the Financial Conduct Authority, Home Office and the Crown Prosecution Service.

Suraj has worked on serious allegations involving Murder, Rape, Kidnap, Complex Fraud cases, Cash Forfeiture, Money Laundering, Public Order Offences, Drug offences, Sexual Offences, Immigration Enforcement.

Suraj is known to go above and beyond in cases with the view of negotiating out of Court and discontinuances with Prosecuting authorities.

Suraj regularly attends the Magistrates Court as an advocate and represents individuals who have been arrested and detained at the Police Station. Suraj has been known to be ‘exceptional and compassionate’ with his representation and will always seek to achieve the best possible result.
